If you are in receipt of a voucher code from school, the best method of use is to re-type into the box at checkout, being sure to check 0 (zero) or O (letter) are correctly copied. If you copy & paste, be careful not to highlight the next space, otherwise when pasting, an extra character will be added, you can rectify by clicking back space to delete what the program sees as an additional character.
